I'm feeling like absolute crap, mentally and physically, and want nothing more but to go back to bed. I cannot afford to do so though, no sick pay means I have to go to work after having 2 days off at the start of the week. The only reason I didn't go in then was becaue I was throwing up so much. Today, I'm just exhusted, and it hurts to breathe. I
