You know, I actually like Avery (Nancy annoys the heck out of me, though); I hope she sticks around. OMG, and the secretarial school and the Sterling-Cooper bit?! HI-LAR-I-

I didn't think the Grey's episode was stellar by any means, but I'm not quite on the dud end of things. I agree about Sandra Oh; and I also liked Alex and Alex/Lexie. I also (this is going to sound ridiculous, probably, but not unpredictable, lol) love it when Mark just works in an episode. He's so serious and professional and competent. Possibly one of my favorite Mark scenes is in 6.06 with the burn patient. I also kinda liked (oh, who am I kidding - really liked) the Mark and Derek scene at the end. (You have a point about the golf balls off the roof, though!)

You've actually managed to sell me on this mad men thing really quickly, where do I sign up? Can I find it on youtube? The internet guy still hasn't arrived to give me a new modem (the bastard) so downloading anything longer than ten minutes is an impossibility (hence the reliance on youtube :/)

Also I agree with you on Grey's. Can't even bring myself to watch it on TV anymore (and I'm sure most of that is the lack of funny.)
