So I kinda ducked out of Sheff on Sunday before all the fun started. Are you guys all okay? Humour me... I worry. If you are then feel free to post amusing anecdotes about being stuck in your house, only having absinthe and dead bees to sustain you etc.

High and dry here. Wasn't even aware of the water flooding the valley last night as cars were still getting through so I figured the road was clear..

R hasn't got electric so wouldn't expect any tales from him for a while.

I've had a terrible day off work where I've had to endure chineefoo at noodle inn with Ju and then got *forced* to spend lots of money on nice clothes. sheesh!

Oh, I did get wet feet when I went running and had to paddle for bits of it though.
