PT today. Last of the old prescription. Wrote 10 stories. The compression thing is tight. The NAPS ads are up on the Newark Star Ledger but they're not searchable and Shaun put up the summaries instead of the lead ins. stamped the xmas cards so far readied. Tomorrow I need to get more.

Got the ankle band today. It's kind of tight. C's haircut looks good. Made the first applesauce of the season.

Press club party last night. I had a nice time but it was too bad so many people I spoke to there are out of work. R had car trouble today but AAA fixed it. M on Cavuto. Very good. Smart and good TV, too.

We went to see the blind side last night. not bad. Glad we finally found something we wanted to see. M and C to basketball this pm and then we may need to go shopping. Ford still can't give me the door codes. I'm getting suspicious, all this run around.

R came into the city yesterday to see an art exhibit for school so we took her out to dinner at City Lobster. Good food. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a cab so I had to walk the whole mile with my walker through the tourist-crowded streets. Still, it was good to see her. She's so pretty and smart and funny. The md said 2 more weeks of the walker and a month of the boot. alas. Still, my foot feels better than it did yesterday. went back to the office today. Hope gave me flowers, Joe gave me cookies, Dorothy gave me Godiva chocolates and Sandy gave me coconut patties. Tomorrow it'll be like I never left. PT was tough and now my ankle hurts.

R went back to school today. alas. I'll miss her these 3 weeks. Dad came by with pictures from Egypt. It looks like it was great trip. got the cats' claws clipped. back to work tomorrow.
