Mostly so I can remember for the next time I have/want to make them...the family recipe for Sausage Balls.

1 lb. breakfast sausage
2 1/4 cup Bisquick
8 oz. Cheez Whiz
1/3 cup milk

Thoroughly mix in a bowl. Consistency should be sticky. Form into small, one inch balls and place on a greased baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Ooo. My family does something similar for new year's. It's equal amounts by weight of raw spicy sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and flour. Baked to crispiness. We call 'em pizza balls.

Fun technical note, btw, from my past experience: don't use sausage that's like, 50% lean. There will be fire.
