I am normally the type to ramble a bit, but this morning I find I've got surprisingly little to say. Maybe there's something in my coffee or maybe I'm just in a quiet sort of mood, but I think I'll just get to the point today.

Well, my name isn't Odd for nothing.

How do you feel about search and rescue?

Most of the time people don't know when they're being led right into it with me.

Search and rescue? I'm pretty able and willing. I did help lead the stealth team into Central Park, if that tells you anything.

Most of the time people just have no idea what I'm talking about.

That tells me a good deal, as a matter of fact. I'm looking for a few good men to perform an extraction of some pretty dark beauties from the ruins of the city for me.

A variety of small tasks, or "jobs" with no real connecting theme to them, making them somewhat "odd".

Magic is the art of sleight of hand. Distracting your audience from the truth with special effects and smoke and mirrors. It's simply a very theatrical form of lying.

Real magic, on the other hand, involves taking the tiniest bean from an ordinary plant and shaping it into the dark desires of the soul. The very essence of mankind itself.
