Favourite book: A Storm of Swords (I was reading most of it while waiting in line for the bus back home and I was like =OOO half the time because of the stuff that went on in that novel. Too many emotions) Favourite characters: Ned, Arya, Jon, Robb, Jaime, Tyrion, Petyr Baelish Favourite house: Stark!!! *points to icon* Favourite ships: Don't have one...well, Ned/Catelyn. And am strangely fascinated by Sansa/Petyr. He can be a bit creepy sometimes but idk, idk *thud* Favourite episode: I honestly can't think of a favourite episode....let's go with the finale and the first two episodes when they were in Witnerfell =) Favourite thing about ASOIAF?: I love fantasy novels and I guess I'm drawn to ASoIaF because of the scale and the world-building (I like the history behind Westeros (I'm such a history nerd, lol)). I guess the fact that no one is safe (which I learned the super hard way after what happened to Ned; it took me maybe 6 years before I finally picked up CoK (I only finished reading the rest of

You're a GoT fan, a LoTR fan, a fan of British TV, a history nerd, and European football FTW. Holy crap! That's fantastic. I'm definitely going to have to add you :D.
Favourite book: A Storm of Swords, by the last count. Favourite characters: Arya, Asha, Jaime (only from his POV on), Sandor, Oberyn, Nymeria (Sand), show!Catelyn, show!Shae Favourite house: Martell Favourite ships: I'm not so much into shipping any more, but 3 years ago when I got into the fandom I was shipping everyone and their mom, het, slash or femme. I think it's the Dorne effect, truly. Favourite episode: Hard to decide, don't you think? Favourite thing about ASOIAF? Certainly not the high amount of violence against women Er. The interconnections between families, landlords, lieges, brothers, sisters, great-great-cousins et al.
Other interests/fandoms: At the moment I'm back on LJ after a break so I'm not so fannish as I used to be, but you can always check my profile. True loves never die. Is your journal friends-only, partial or public?:Partially public. Anything else you'd like to add?: Open for questions?

Favourite book: Haven't finished them all yet, but I'm really digging A Storm of Swords so far Favourite characters: Daenerys Targaryen, Renly Baratheon, Samwell Tarly, Arya Stark, Jon Snow, Jaime Lannister, Tyrion Lannister, Lady Olenna, Margaery Tyrell-- Basically anyone with sharp wit or a head on their shoulders that isn't completely daft Favourite house: House Tyrell-- sassy arses! Favourite ships: DrogoxDany (Moreso the book couple than the show couple, just because of how the show developed their relationship at the beginning...) and RenlyxLoras. And if it's possible to ship banter, I totally ship the banter between Jaime and Brienne Favourite episode: Fire and Blood-- last episode. Can't beat that ending. Favourite thing about ASOIAF? The fact that no character is safe from the chopping block, there is no true definition of what is right and what is wrong, and that classic hero is no where to be found. It's nitty, gritty, and most of all it's REAL. Fantasy, for the longest time, was too

I can't possibly figure out why you like that gif ;D (nice icon!)
I know, right? Their banter is just hilarious! As a couple they would just not work at all, but as that duo that constantly jabs at each other but has some weird respect, it works :D
I love the banter between Jaime and Brienne and ALSO between Tyrion and Bronn. They've all made me laugh multiple times.
I both love and hate that nobody in this series is safe. I love it because it makes everything so unexpected and you can never be sure where someone's going to end up... but I also want my favorites to be safe and live forever. So I'm torn.
