You know, I don't think I have ever watched an episode of any Star Trek series. One day, I'm going to have to remedy this because so many quality people I know ;) love it.

I hope you have fun with the shows when you do get around to it ;) I'd naturally recommend DS9 because of the storytelling and characters but TNG has such classic episodes and story arcs and VOY I think was also quite fun. The only series I never got around to was the original, lol *blushes*

Thanks for the recs! I must confess I have always had a desire to watch TNG because of Patrick Stewart. 'Cause he's awesome. The end.

Patrick Stewart is amazing in everything he does. I was amused at some article I read where he was initially unsure about taking the role of Picard because he was a Shakespearan actor jumping into the sci-fi television genre xD So precious, he did wonderful.
