I'd look for another job. Which is so ridiculous, all things considered, but it seems to be the only solution. BAM! is low volume to begin with. We had a few good months, but the hiring of ten new employees and getting all cutthroat? Fuck that noise.

They say they are hiring 10 new people but I won't believe it till I see it. We barely have enough money to pay the 10 people who work there now.
