YAY for once a month cooking. I've been doing it for about a year now and LOVE it. You start to find which recipes that you like and which need some modification (like anything with pasta sauce needs some more added right before you heat it and rice dishes require some water added before heating). I've got at least eight books that I use and mix and max the recipes. It's great!!!

Kudos to you for staying home. We've been toying with the idea of me staying at home and I really more and more want to do it, but I'm torn because I love my job and I'm afraid that I'll get bored.

Hey that's awesome. I haven't gotten that into it yet, am mostly just searching the websites for recipes like (recipezaar). I did find a few good ones so far. Right now I'm trying it for a week at a time, but anything that saves a weekend for us is great!! Now we need to get more freezer containers. We should trade recipes :-)

If I liked my job, I would have stayed, but it was too stressful. You'll know what is right for you I'm sure.
