Chapter 18
"what do you mean Cagalli's not here????? um...sorry, pardon me Uzumi-sama...." said Issabella, back at Kenjin Island in space(she had gonen to look for Cagalli only to find that she herself had ran away)
"nothing to worry about, Issabella, that daughter of mine uses that tone with me everytime...."replied Uzumi Nara Atha, calmly....
"um...so...where did Cagalli go?"asked Issabella after 10 seconds of silence
"well..we are not exactly sure where Cagalli is...but there is something we have confirmed...that is that she is with the Desert Dawn resistance group-"
"The Desert Dawn Resistance group? but...arent they..in Africa down in Earth? The group that is famous for their fights against Zaft's Tiger of the desert, Andrew Waltfied? What is she doing there?"said Issabellam cutting off Atha
" You are quite informed i see...the leader of the Desert Dawn Resistace was an old friend of ours....and Cagalli, apparently..was upset at the fact that i didnt tell her...or rather, like Cagalli says, i wasnt careful enough to check what Morgenrote is doing at times...to construct Mobile suits for the Earth Alliance and even resulting in the destruction of Heliopolis....this...is indefinately, my fault....so she went off to the resistance..."
at this point, Issabella avoided Lord Uzumi's gaze.
"Its not really Zaft's fault, you know...i understand...after all...they were Mobile Suits after all...anyway...lets have a deal here..shall we?"
"What kind of deal?"asked Issabella, confused
"If you go look for Cagalli and confirm with me that that daughter of mine is safe and sound...i will promise to not touch your mobile suit here...even though we are really in need of building Mobile suits of our own...considering that i had fired all of those involved in the heliopolis incident...those Mobile suits were really brilliant though...Disastrous..but yes, they were brilliant..."said Uzumi
"deal." said Issabella" i dont have really anything to do now...so..might as wll spent time doin this..."
"so it is set then? and i suppose you are rather exhausted now...i shall arrange a room for you as soon as possible..."
"thank you, Uzumi-sama"said Issabella, before she turned to leave...then, she turned back."Uzum-sama, would it be well if you not tell my father that i am here? "
"yes, if that is your wish, then, yes..i agree..."
"thank you...

back at the room where Lord Uzumi had arranged for her, Issabella plopped down on the bed..and for the first time that night, she realised how exhausted she was...and the moment her bosdy touched the bed, she fell asleep instantously...

Yeah!!!!! chapter 18 complete...i did this while mapling...i have to admit...so..how did you guys enjoy it? Well, i realise that this chapter is rather short...but the next chapter will be even more interesting!!!..i promise...i so i hope...^_^anyway...cagalli_forever signing out now...
