Thursday:
After a normal day at work and making the program behave itself, I went home and did the dinner thing. Then Troy and I went to see Fantastic 4. It was pretty decent. And Chris Evans is HOTTT!!! I can't even handle it. He is the Human Torch and thus kept burning his clothes off. Mmmmmmm!!! That was a fun night and Troy is a silly bastard. We had a lot of fun.
Friday:
Got up and got ready. Left the house on time and ran all my errands. Was on 93N just outside Boston before 9am. Made it to Burlington just after Noon. Had lunch with Walt which was a lot of fun. We chatted about all kinds of stuff and caught up. It was awesome. Talked to JoAnne on the phone. She was in the hospital with a nasty intestinal infection. I cheered her up. Then I rescued Sam from work and went to check in to the hotel. The room was SICK! Huge and awesome and the bed was SUPER comfy. Then Chris called. He had some lame excuse for calling. I know he was calling because I haven't tried to contact him. So I decided I wouldn't let it ruin the weekend and blew him off. Sam and I then found Anne and Steve and went to have delicious mexican at Tortilla Flats. Mmmmm! Then we bought rum and went to play in the hotel pool. No one was there so we had it all to ourselves. Anne managed to get the hot tub to work and kept yelling at Sam for putting pool water in her mouth. It was funny. We watched the end of the Sox game and then all started to drift to sleep.
Saturday:
Gave Anne and Steve my ticket for free breakfast at the hotel and went with Sam to Penny Cluse. Oh man I ate myself silly there. It rocked! Sam managed to just walk into Borders and get a copy of the new Harry Potter without a reservation. She may be a princess. She then went down to the lake with Anne and Steve and I hung in B-ton to meet people and such. Bumped into Dylan who is still super sexy. Met up with Yoga who just glows. She's so super amazing. Got to talk to the baby a little too. :-D Went back to the hotel for an air conditioned nap and watched the last of the Sox game. Then went back downtown and met up with Craig, Will, Ramiro and company. It was super fun. Then went to see Kendra and catch up with her. After that Sam was back so we met up, got dressed and pre-gamed. Then it was time for Pearl's.
We got in for free because Jack (Jaci) was working the door. Met up with Peabs and some other friends. Cute Paul was a little drunk so we flirted like always. He's a super sweetie. Anne's roomie Lily was there and quite drunk. We chatted a bit too. Then I found out she knew super sexy John Deere hat guy. Mmmmm! His name is Brent and he is very very attractive and a nice guy. We talked a little. Then went back in to dance some more. He was dancing shirtless and I about fell over. I wish I had more balls, but I don't so I didn't try to pick him up. But then again I do live in Boston and not Burlington. But man that would have been a good night. :-D
Sunday:
Finally rolled out of bed and went with Sam to get free breakfast at Trader Duke's. It was pretty good. Then we went downtown and wandered around a bit. Sam bought a hoodie at the Gap and I bought new PS2 games. The guy at EB was kind of cute. Then we met up with Yoga and Bobby to have coffee and chat. I love those kids. Brought Sam back to her car and said goodbye then went to catch Anne and say goodbye to her and Steve. Picked up Leanne who was coming down for an interview in Boston and drove home. We had Turbo Ice from Dunkin' Donuts for the trip. YAY! Then we got to Boston and went to the place up the street for calzones.
Monday:
Drove Leanne to Cambridge for her interview and went grocery shopping. Then picked her back up and made lunch. We chatted some more and then I taught her how to navigate the T so she could get a bus back to VT. Farted around the house watching bad NFL Network and such. Then showered and made dinner. Later Lisa, Jess and I went to Cold Stone for ice cream (YAY @ free ice cream from bet with Jess) and then stopped at Trader Duke's. Lisa was in rare form and we had a blast. We drove through Brookline with the windows down and moon roof open blaring "More Than Words" singing as loud as we could. It rocked. Watched the Sox be stupid against Tampa Bay. Miller sucks. Then went to bed. I may have ordered this yesterday. hehehehe
Tuesday:
Have yet to do any work today. I have been catching up on journals and such. Just found out that my last class for RUP was cancelled tonight. YAY @ all done. I am super psyched. I'm pretty tired, but it is only a 3 day week so I can't complain. Plus, this Friday is the CSC boat cruise thing. Pretty sure I'm gonna go. Erica and I have planned to go together. But neither of us wants to go without the other. We are so bad. I'm hoping for tickets to tonight's game. It's Tampa Bay. I am the rally monkey afterall. And the Sox have sucked at home lately. They need me to break out of the slump. I'm a sick person. I'm aware. Man, where is my football? I've already joined 2 fantasy leagues. Including my usual league. If you want in let me know. So far it is Me, Aaron, Mike and Chris. I imagine Alex and MA will return as well.
