3D Sharks and the sweetest boy ever!

What an amazing day. I spent last night cleaning the apartment since I knew Ryan would be coming over today. He called from the road to say he was running a little late. He's so good like that. We discussed directions and since mapquest is retarded I gave him some modifications. Of course he then got lost and I had to walk him through the rest of the way on the phone. It was pretty funny. He finally got to my place and gave me a big hug and kiss. He then came upstairs and met Lisa which is always a trip.

After that we jumped on the train and headed into downtown. We went to Fire & Ice (one of his faves) for lunch. Oh man it was awesome. They made an amazing chocolate martini. This place is a mongolian grill where you fill a bowl with ingredients and they cook it in front of you. It was fun. We chatted about all kinds of stuff. He is super easy to talk to. No matter how much we talk there seems to always be more.

After that we went and grabbed ice coffee and headed over to the Aquarium. We stood in line for a while but finally got our tickets and headed to the IMAX theatre. We watched the 3D Sharks movie. It rocked. And we held hands during it :-D Then we went into the Aquarium itself and wandered all around looking at the fish. There was tons of cool stuff. After that and being goofy in the gift shop we hopped on the train and headed home.

He got the chance to meet the other roommates (F* Jared for being a rude bitch). Plus Taylor was here so I got the chance to freak and give her major hugs. I loved it. He and I went out to the porch to chill and sit since we walked all day. We had a really good talk out there. I like how open and honest we are with each other. We've both had some shit luck with guys and are a little weary because of it. But it makes me feel better to know he understands. We talked about the party he's having in a few weeks that I'm going to. His parents will be there and I had mentioned how weird that was. He told me I didn't have to go and I felt bad. I don't have a problem meeting his parents it's just kind of weird to me. I then told him that Lisa was giving me shit about the whole thing. At lunch on Friday she was like "So in like a week you'll realize he really likes you and you'll run away then?" Does she know me or what. I told him that I do like him and I'd like to figure out how to make this work. He agreed.

So then we made dinner together. He was so cute chopping things and helping out. He also made us really good daquiris. We ate a great chicken marsala dinner and then went and watched some Eddie Izzard and finished our drinks. We were cuddling on the couch which is sooo comfy. Then we decided to sneak into my room as the roomies were getting ready to go out and people were starting to show up. We had a pretty hot make out session in their with some hot music playing. But that's all we did. We are really committed to doing this right so we don't want to rush it. As I told MaryAnne last night, he is BF material and we're definitely on that track. I told him today I was comfortable being on that track, just not at that station yet. He seemed pretty happy with my saying that. He asked me to promise not to run away which was soooo sweet. So we both promised to go with it and figure it out together. I can't even deal with how sweet it all is.

He finally got out the door after us talking about him leaving several times but him not quite making it hehe. Turns out he is super ticklish too so I may have taken advantage. Overall it was such a great day and night. He called a little bit ago to say he made it home safe and to thank me for an amazing time. He's such a sweet sweet boy. I wished him luck for his floor hockey game tomorrow and said good night.

Date 4 will be this Friday and he planned this one. We both have the day off so I am gonna head out to his area (just outside of 128 in Littleton) and we are going to this cool maze place. These people built a maze into this huge corn field so we are going to run around that. Not sure what else we'll be doing, but I'm sure it will be a blast.

Ok, it's late. Time for me to hit the hay. Tomorrow we are moving Bridget in so I'll need a good rest. But man, I'm very much going to sleep with a smile tonight. That boy makes me pretty damn happy.
