(no subject)
It has somehow been more than two weeks since I've updated. Again. Oops? Not sure how that happened.
Well, no, I take that back. I've got a pretty good idea how. I got sick on the 12th or thereabouts. Some stupid little bug that shouldn't have done much, but knocked me on my ass, cause I was already tired out by a long semester. Said bug messed up my sleep cycle something awful, and I never recovered. I'm still clawing my way back to a normal schedule even now. Pre-bug I was running at something like 10 am to 1 am, and now it's closer to noon to 4 am. Which I do not like one bit. But I can't seem to get my brain to shut up at a normal hour these days. Rather annoying, really. Primarily because I don't like how zoned out it makes me when I drive.
But I guess I'll cope. Somehow.
Let's see. Other news. There's not a whole lot that's really worth writing about. The paper that the bossman and I submitted a couple weeks ago got turned down. So I'm working on editing it to resubmit to a new journal.
In other words, it's more or less business as usual, apart from a lot of rain coming down from TS Beryl every few hours.
