i am sitting at work, watching the clock. waiting for it to hit 5:30 so i can go home and do more work. today sucked. i got bitched out a few times by homeowners for things i didnt do. and i just have to sit and take it. apologizing is the hardest part because i know it wasnt my fault but we also dont want to lose their business
