On Saturday (4/25), I hosted a dinner for an unfortunately small group of friends in my kitchen. I say unfortunately small because in truth, I wish that I'd been able to invite everyone I know. Wow. I mean, I knew you could cook (yay for homemade hash browns) but this is amazing. I am incredibly jealous and impressed, and want to dive into that pork dish and eat my way out.

Have you posted the recipes anywhere, in more detail than here? This all sounds awesome, and I'd love to try a few!

I haven't, but give me a couple days, and I certainly can do that -- it'll take me a little while to gather all of my notes to put everything into actual recipe form. Some of them were original creations (like the sushi) or just based on things that I knew how they went together (like the lamb and the potatoes) or techniques that I use for other similar stuff (like the bisque and the risotto), some were based on other people's recipes (like the fish and the crème brûlée), but I certainly will write up some stuff and post it soon. I'll post a comment to let you know when that's done. :)
