So. I totally went out.

Here's why that's not hypocritical of my earlier post: I said my resolution was to spend more time with friends.  And I realized that spending NYE alone was, in fact, hypocritical in light of said resolution.  I also realized that some of the reasons I wasn't admitting to myself for not going out were about other people and

I had a very similar reason for deciding to go out (resolution to build a community for myself in Seattle this year) and had a lovely time too. Happy new year!
