Since break started, I've been playing though all the HL2 games since break started and I have to say that I've forgotten how amazing the series is. Over the last couple of days I beat HL2 and Episode 1 and it's probably one of the best gaming experiences I've ever had. Playing the games at full settings has also made the experience so much better

I too know of the awesomeness of the halflife series, though you know much more of it than I do. I picked up the Orange Box half off on black friday, and with a recent kick of a bad habit (WoW), I've finally gotten to play some of it. I'm a few hours into HL2, and I've gotten majorly distracted by TF2. TF2 is amazing. I'm hoping to get more of the box played through over the holidays, though my vacation doesn't start 'til next friday.

I'm damn glad these games are this awesome. Good luck with your video gaming goals, and I'll hopefully see you around town.
