RANDOM LIFE AND STUFF I GUESS
Well, I figured it's been a while since I've used this account properly soooooooooo:
SO lessee here I finished the HSC, that was pretty nifty. I didn't do as well as I liked, but considering the amount of work I did before the study vacation (it rhymes with "bun") I did as well as I deserve. I should be going to Sydney Uni anyway so that's kinda cool. Planning on majoring in Psychology, Japanese and French with a bit of philosophy thrown in (hello I am a wanker yes indeedy) so that could be neat. Hopefully I'll get to do exchanges to Japan and Belgium!
Since I finished my HSC, I've mostly been working really. The money is nice, but I am very tired. I had to wake up at 5am in order to start at 6am today... Not so fun. I can sleep in tomorrow though, which is nice! I have two jobs now; one is at Woolworths (your standard checkout chick dealio) and the other is at a photography studio called b2 Studios! Good work, I'm learning to build stuff which is cool and the pay is better than at Woolworths, so I'm laughing. Also, I get to walk around. Probably the best bit of the job; you don't realise how much of a pleasure being able to walk around is until you're stuck standing in the one spot for 4 hours at a time.
Apart from work, I've been playing (too many) video games, spending time with friends and wasting the hours away on Twitter. It's probably why I don't use this so often because it is so much better I mean what. I've been playing Persona 3 Portable (holy shit that is the only game that has managed to make me cry repeatedly) and the Professor Layton games, which have renewed my love of puzzles. Some of them are very tricky! Although, I've never had to look up a solution yet.
I met quite a few new people online in the last couple of months. They're pretty awesome; combined with my RL friends, they're what keep me glued to Twitter. Lots of (inane, absurd and sometimes a little disturbing) conversations all the time. I love it. I've also started a tumblr account (http://cmkz.tumblr.com !!) but it's mostly filled with nerdy stuff, so...
I've been listening to a lot of music recently, too. Although mostly when at my computer, as I don't have any functioning headphones; my portable listening has subsequently suffered. At the moment, I've been listening mostly to Godspeed You! Black Emperor (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ynoMnQDy8Tk holy shit they are amazing listen listen listen seriously now), Voltaire (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_YUFFMA4V-w I love his voice), Emilie Autumn (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g8Szt6F7K20 Her voice too oh god) and Radiohead (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jX-fDKWGbRs). There are others, too, but that's primarily it.

All in all, 2010 was a pretty awesome year. I grew (a little) and managed to get over some stuff, which was nice. The making more friends part was probably the best bit, as well as the learning new stuff. Here's to a fantastic 2011, too!
