Mobile farm / petting zoo setup

Overall pic of our standard petting zoo setup.  As one friend asked today, we bring everything associated.  We also attempt to remove all poop and hay when we leave.  You can never get it all, but we remove most of it.

More and more. The first year we did 1. Last year we did 7. So far this year we have done 4.

It was interesting. We never can leave on time, keep having folks wanting to meet the animals. We had 3 this weekend and that almost did me in. Not scheduling 2 in one day again unless we get another trailer.

I'm assuming that the petting zoos form a big part of your income?

It has to be very expensive to support all your animals

Actually no. I cannot afford to take the time off work it would take for me to run the farm and petting zoo to the point it would make money. My job pays for the medical bills and feed for the critters.

If everyone stays healthy its not bad. But dang those vet bills are killers.
