  This weekend was our chance to do the herd health on the alpacas.  Saturday I get off work at 8am, but I hung around talking to my relief for a bit.  When I got home, we took our time getting ready to go to the barn, making sure we had all the medications, syringes, and needles we needed.  Get down to the barn and start things off by feeding the ( Read more... )

I find the idea of an alpaca sitting up on the back seat of a truck on the way to the Vet a bit funny

It was hilarious... to us. He was less than impressed. Now the youngest one, Paddy, he does not mind. Trump This, was one unhappy alpaca

glad those people were so understanding about the flat tire on your trailer and helped you out!
and I cannot even imagine an alpaca in the back seat of a truck. sounds like a wild crazy adventure, but not the kind you ever want to repeat.
