It seems like the daycare center should have some clause in either the paperwork the parents sign or overall policy addressing violence between children as beeing intolerable. Sounds like the princess needs some solitary time in a tall stone tower (either now or in about 10 years). Can you say future juvy detention candidate? :)

I really wonder what happens in that child's home for her to get the slightest inkling that behavior like that is even remotely possible, much less acceptable... Kids don't do something like that without seeing it first.
