It is COLD this morning... 29F! Boomer's little coat is a hand-me-down from our late sweet girl, Lucy, so it's a little long for him, but he still looks dapper, I think. I had bought a little Halloween collar for him, but I misplaced it, so this is the extent of his costume this year.

There's much debate going on in the Boomer household about whether he's close to full-grown now (hubby's contention) or if he still has some growing to do (my contention). He's about 10 lbs now, and *most* Havanese get to 10-12 lbs. BUT... a lot of dog experts say that dogs don't reach their full size until they're a year old or so. BUT... other experts say small dogs reach full-grown around 6-8 months.

The only thing that will end our debate is time. LOL We both hope, though, that Boomer is about as big as he's going to get. Domino was a bit of a monster Havanese at 22 lbs!

The cold weather *may* have overachieved a little in that regard, but at least he looks cute (I wished I had a deerstalker hat to go with it; then I could have said he was Sherlock Holmes! XD)
