ahh, so today was an adventure. at seven this morning mom was yelling at dad on the phone because the house was cold. at 8:15 work called and scheduled me to work every weekend between now and doomsday (or the end of april, you know...whichever). at 9 dad came home from work, banged on the heat pump a time or two and decided it was broken. so,
