I feel sad. There are valid reasons for this ... reasons I choose not to explain. But I feel sad. I'm sad about the valid reasons I choose not to speak about and some other stuff going on in my head too

You know, I agree with a lot of that. I've kind of accepted that I have to do the whole college thing, and working afterwards; but I think it sucks that in the US, you're stuck working for as long as physically possible, and if you don't, you're a slacker. And poor. What about those Europeans who "work to live" rather than "live to work"... that always sounded right to me.

Start writing your book! Maybe you can be one of those people who "make it."
