respect others differences as what defines who they are, not what you want to change about them or yourself

all i have done since i have been here is give people respect and be open to their differences...but how would you know that? you dont even know me...if you did, you would have at least let me know who you were rather than being so secretive about it. i never once said that i wanted to change anything about anyone...if you are going to make comments, at least own up to the ones that you make.
