hi again. i'm at orientation, orienting and such. you can't even get on AIM express here, which is terrible. however, there is hope - you can bring you own laptop and plug in upstairs. i can just borrow my roommate's ethernet cable and hopefully i can "do chatting" with you all soon

and by the way, thank you VERY MUCH for your encouragement to bring music. god, i'd hate living in my apartment as much as i do if i didn't have something constructed to hear. the sizzling of olive oil in my pan, the air conditioner, and the blue flames on the stove all get a bit repetitive after a while.

ok, so i don't have your email addrses of late. i only have the one at fu and 37. please send me the hotmail(?) one. so i lied to the rents and said i was going to the mall in two cars, while i was driving illegally. mom was just mad that lied. no big deal. dad laughed about it. just thought you'd like to know if you see it in my journal.
