This is the saddest thing I have ever read. Come on now Cait, haven't you watched enough Disney movies recently? There IS someone perfect out there for everyone (as seen in every Disney movie ever), there is such a thing as true love (though it's not a Disney movie, it is plain to see in "The Princess Bride"), and there is certainly such a thing as a soul mate. You've had a rough time recently, but keep your head up! I have no doubt that someday you will look back at writing this blog entry and wonder what the hell you were thinking.
I'm not rationalizing. i'm not looking for peace of mind. This is just what I think now. Yes, because of recent events, but not to make myself feel better about them.

I can understand where you are coming from, more than most people realize, however I choose to believe in hope, true love, and that I will pass all my finals, no matter how small the chances are, no matter how many people laugh at me, but for a while there I did question true love, and soul mates and all that crap, but then I watch my sister with her boyfriend and I think, you know what, there is someone out there for everyone. But, for all I know there might not be, either way, you have to find a definition that suites you.
