Alrighttt. So, basically I have never really paid attention to the presidential elections. In fact, I wasn't even paying attention to this one until this class came along.  All of the huff and puff about politics just never interested me, all it is is different people who think they can "run" the country better, but if we're a free people...then

i know what you mean. i wish i could say i know a lot about politics, but i dont. i know of the major goals that they have, but i could know a lot more.

i guess we're interseted in them now because we can make a difference now. since we're of age, we can vote.

yeah. I know. Before this class really I never paid attention to anything on the news because it's all usually just depressing stuff! hah

but, now I know I can make a difference and it's going to affect ME the next few years of my life seeing that I now pay bills and own things and all that. hahah

I've pretty much felt the same up until just a couple days ago. I really could care less about politics. Quite frankly, it usually bores me to daeth. But it's getting interesting and I'm trying to get more educated so I can vote in November.

What changed your mind? Anything you find out just let me know! I'm interested in it now of course since it directly affects me rather than just my parents but all the websites or news channels are usually biased so, the dry issues are hard to REALLY understand with all the logos put into the words of others.
