Also, Matthew made zucchini bread with our zucchini we grew. We are starting to get cherry tomatoes growing now...what to do with those?

I eat my cherry tomatoes dipped in hummus or cut in half in a salad/wrap/sandwich. Got a late start, though, so mine are still quite green
