Garb, sigh

Costuming is NOT my art. When I give myself time I can turn out some nice clothes, but because I’m bored I don’t give it the time it needs. And then I’m always thinking about what doesn’t fit quite right, and how I would do it differently, and how I’ve worn this dress into the GROUND and it’s pretty well time to replace it! *sigh*

It's funny, because maybe it shows how much I pay attention to clothes, but I always think you're dressed nicely (in garb) whenever I see you! I know you have a hate-hate relationship with sewing (me too, for that matter, except in my case sewing is my angry Ex or something), but I always see you wearing what you wear well! :)

But yeah, there can be a point that some centuries just didn't have comfortable clothes!

Thank you for saying so! I try to dress well and I like getting the period right, but I know how much more I could be doing. But I suppose that's true with everything, hm? We are all our own worst critic.
