Not long ago I saw a commercial for one of those drugs. The disclaimer said, "If a priapic/erect condition lasts more than four hours, tell your Doctor."

Whats funny about that is they say if it lasts for more than 4 hours, but the Ciyalis says it may last as long as 36 hours.. What is up with that.
