So for dinner I made minature broccoli cheddar souffles and I thought that they would taste better if I changed the recipe to include garlic, that was a success and they tasted great. Sounds delicious. I always love how you make different things. The pho we made was kinda funky though. Someday I will make you my famous sloppy joe's...ok, not really famous, but the only thing I can make without ruining the food.

Yay! We should make those when I come back to visit at the end of the month! Yeah that pho was all wrong, but I hear it is one of the hardest things to make. "The one thing everyone thinks they can make, but no one really can"
Remember how we went to Egg-roll house to get pho because someone said it would be good, but it looked all wrong and nasty? My boss makes fun of that resturant for their crappy "Vietnamese" food. We should just stick to Pho Hoa, or go to 99 because the waiter always remembers us. I think he was shocked when he realized we know each other.
