I successfully made myself dinner tonight. This is a BIG step for me since I've never been much of a cook. I decided to try the macaroni and cheese recipe that girlsinger sent me and it turned out well! It was very tasty. There was a bit too much sauce, but that can be easily remidied next time around and I have LOTS of leftovers. Yum

i'm glad it came out well! i made some mac n'cheese myself yesterday and added some cut up ham and a touch of hot sauce to give it some kick. i do loves me some mac n'cheese.
