i love with a customer comes in my store
and they refer to me as "sweetheart" or "honey".

it makes me feel like they'll remember me
for helping them a little more than everyone else.

LOL that was cute. A very different world but cute. Personally I like it when someone takes a little time out of their day to say hi. But "ma'am" in NY is actually considered impolite most of the time. They think it makes em sound old haha.

lol Not threatening. Just insulted haha Personally I used to love it when I worked at the Gap and I had to call everyone ma'am. I got to watch every woman freak out and run across the street to get moisturizer from the Duane Reade haha
