Such a joy to see your post! My friends and I are doing the planning for a photoshoot a friend wants to do for his portfolio and I was looking at your journal a few days ago, looking for inspiration! Don't you love being stalked by strangers ;)
I'm not a fan of Hello Kitty but WOW! it looks like a great event... I want to go too! D: Also, thanks for sharing pictures of the art show! They never have any art show for that type of art over here... :( (Montreal)
And I'm glad to know that you're doing well, over there in Hong Kong, despite the downs~ If there was no rain, we'd forget to enjoy the sunny days as much :)
Being stalked makes me feel all tingly and warm inside ^_^ so thank you! haha
Montreal should have a lot of art shows... maybe your not looking in the right places because I know a lot of friends who go there just for the art. LOOK CLOSER ^_^
And your right about the sun because I really do appreciate those days. Thanks ^_^
Awww, so great to read your update! :D Was always an avid reader of your HK adventures and it's amazing to see that HK life for you and Rex is so great. So sorry to hear about your friend, you must have been devastated. I know it sounds like a cliche to say that time heals but it's true and I hope you are bearing up ok over it.
Your little dog is such a cutie, love the pic where he is with the massive bone, he looks like a tiny little ferret there!! Awww! Keep us readers all updated on your adventures :DDD xxxx<3
Thank you for all your kind words. And you are right, only time heals.. but time goes by, so slowly. And it's been hard dealing with it while in HK, but I am really excited to visit home next summer, so I am looking forward to that.
And I hope you keep reading.. IF I keep posting haha I hope I do..~_~;
Do you ever find yourself feeling homesick for Canada? I finally got out to Japan again this year after two years of frantically trying to save money, was really homesick for London though and I was surprised cos I wasn't expecting to be! Yeah, I will keep reading for sure! I always love to see your pictures, makes me get itchy feet to travel again :D Do you use facebook at all? xx
My dog is not cute, those photos are. LOL Your moving here? When? To where? I deff need some company from other foreigners!~ Are you moving here alone? There are a lot of activities here that are only in HK but it does get lonely/frustrating when you can't speak English just to get dinner or to fully express yourself to people. It's not always fun but the experience really makes you grow.
What are the month periods of the first and second half? Because the summer is HOT and the winter is COLD haha but most people say the winter is more bearable then the summer... I tend to disagree because I HATE COLD!~ February has Chinese new year though, that's something worth seeing. And March has the art fair.
Oh I will totally give you some company even though I'm sure you will meet lots of friends at school. I'm thinking of going back to school next year but I'm not sure where.
You can find me on facebook now, LJ is an endangered species of the web. LOL
