It's week 2 of the last semester at Bryn Mawr.  Let the games begin!

Classes I Am Taking
GIS:  Should be really useful, for once.  The software takes up 2 GB on my computer, leaving me with a grand total of -2 GB on my hard drive.  Thank got for the external hard drive I got for Christmas...  Ugh.
NeuroBio and Behavior:  I love PGrobs.  I get to sit in this class and be problematic and argumentative at all the silly people who think they know how the universe works, or how anyone's brain works, or how their OWN brain works...  And I get academic credit for geeking out about Dollhouse in particular and sci-fi in general.  FTW!
Historical Roots of Evolution and Development:  This class is centered around the contributions made to science by Bryn Mawr faculty and alums.  So far we've learned that M. Carey Thomas was a big ol' ho-dyke who apparently was "good friends" with the wife of one of the first bio profs.  Such good friends that the prof quit and left after a year.  If she didn't fuck his wife, I'll eat my batrobe.
Creative Writing Poetry II:  This class might be awkward.  I took the first half of this class back in first semester sophomore year, and most of the rest of the class took it last semester.  I am pretty much the only non-english major in the room, and I only know one other person.  And I am not her biggest fan.  We were supposed to critique my work today.  We didn't have time.  I'm trying not to be grumpy about it.  I am not succeeding.

SPT
Much Ado auditions are this week.  I have NO CLUE which of the pieces I am going to use, or how I'll do them.  All I know is I want a particular part that I probably won't get.  I hate going in with a preference, it's so stressful.  At least I was saved the infinite awkwardness that would have been auditioning for Midsummer.  Troupe will not be producing Midsummer at all, due to several roadblocks.  This is a shame, of course, because it would have been AMAZING, but oh well.  Instead, we're holding weekly meetings in which to do activities and such so anyone who wants to can participate in Troupe without being cast in Much Ado,  I will be running Stage!Fight Club!

Work
-I got my bartending certificate!!!!!!!!!!  Finally!  I LOVED the classes and the school and basically the whole process.  Seriously, if you're in the area and want a good program, check out the Mixology Wine Institute in Philadelphia.  So now I just need a job.  Still considering teaching, but right now I just want to bartend full time and volunteer at the museum for a year.  Or maybe bartend on a cruise ship.  We'll see.  Feeling very lazy right now in terms of my future.  Hopefully this won't come back to bite me in the ass.
-Working at the fitness center is AWESOME!  I get to sit there for 2 hours at a pop and do little else than my homework.
-TAing the Bio 102 lab should be good this semester.  My partner is a first-time TA, so I'm the authority.  It's really nice.  The girls are more talkative this semester, it seems, so that should be good, too.

Misc.
-I find myself single again.  Hmmm...
-Hell Week is coming up.  Soon.  Can't WAIT!

classes, spt, bartending, flap flap flap chain, ahhhhh!, future
