Yeah... sorta. I don't really want to get into it, but... I can say that I never thought I'd have one, and someone just showed me that I did.

... Having a soul is being able to feel emotions of your own, to have the ability to care for something and yourself in some sense. That's the most straightfoward of what I've been taught.

That's not always true. It's common that most are born with souls, but even those who aren't are able to develop one of their own, given the right circumstances. Why ask?

Well, wouldn't you be born with it? Without a soul any creature wouldn't be alive, they would be like the dirt or rocks that are not alive rather than being able to move and think like any of us can.
