When I saw that and reblogged it on tumblr, I was REALLY jealous I didn't think of that myself. It's brilliant. And I adore the tagline - "this is not a battle between good and evil." I think that should be the tagline for the next movie! (see, already thinking ahead!)

Yup and yup! *thanks to your tumblr, s'where I saw them* I love Running Up That Hill *already in the gargantuan XL playlist* especially the Placebo cover, and *guh!* the idea of Erik saying to Charles/Charles saying to Erik 'you don't know how lovely you are.' >_<. *dead!* And I'm not even a Coldplay fan! ^_^

Running Up That Hill (Placebo version) is one of my favourite songs. ever. It's probably on par with my favourite song ever, Iris by Goo Goo Dolls. And I think having those two favourites says something about me - that I love moody dark songs, but um, not really.

About the Placebo version, this info from the Wikipedia stuck in my head: It has been described by Q magazine as 'sound[ing] more like a pact with the Devil' than the original 'deal with God'. Oh NO, it DOES NOT. Stupid people.

Btw, have you ever listened to Aimee Mann's version of Coldplay's "The Scientist"? It's absolutely lovely. It was referred to me once and I've loved it since.
