I've finally spoken to my mother, so I feel I can now share with the LJ public our big news: I'm pregnant! Indeed, I found out a couple of weeks before the Seoul trip, and have told one or two people, but didn't want to share the news until things were a bit further along and I'd had a chance to tell both of my parents. How absolutely splendid! Congratulations to both of you; your baby's the luckiest kid in the world to get parents as cool as you two!

Wow, how bizarre and yet sort of close to the truth in parts! Zoe was in a summer camp, and her group classification did start with a "T". Turnips would have been WAY cooler than "Trailblazers", though.

And Brooke was black-haired (dusted with flour for the salt-and-pepper look) for most of the weekend as she and a friend filmed episode after lame episode of "Not Very Helpful Cesar Millan". And, you know, I spend most of my days in a drunken haze, so probably I was black-wigged and wax-lipped myself at some point. :D About you not being able to find a book, though, that's just heartrending.

Enjoy those crazy vivid dreams- as I recall, they're one of the less irksome side effects of pregnancy. Turnips! With wax lips!

Woohoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats! So, we have cakewench and cookieman. What's a good baked good name for the little one? Muffin? (Turnip isn't a baked good).
