You use regular sizemuffin tins, or mini muffin tins, or what? It seems like a vanilla wafer would be too small for a regular muffin tin and too big for mini? I really really want to make this!

I use regular muffin tins. The nilla wafer is slightly smaller that the bottom of the tin, but because of the thickness of the wafer and the shallow depth of the cheesecake layer, you get a good ratio of crust to cake. You could do the traditional crushed graham crackers+sugar+butter, but the nilla wafer is what makes it so quick and easy ;)

I don't think that we have round vanilla wafers here, just ones like long skinny fingers. Might have to hunt around the shops for a bit, because these sound so yummy!

these are PERFECT for parties because of their size and since they have wrappers, no cutting/serving required!
