Could we do Monday evening? You're free after 2, right? And if I go advertise I'd be free in the late afternoon or evening. I don't know how that works for everyone else, though...

Greetings!

Unfortunately, I have some bad news... well, bad news if you enjoy my presence. Anyway, I won't be able to make it to Relay for Life this year because I'll be at band camp. Yes, band camp. It's because of my internship at BOA. Anyway, I'm really sorry, I didn't know the dates conflicted.

However, I will be at the carwash on Saturday. And I promise to still donate whatever amount of money the team needs to reach our goal. Also, if you want to borrow my tent (or anything else) just let me know.

Why don't we just discuss the "who brings what" at the carwash since most of us will be there anyway?

Trust me, that would be nice, but there's no time when a majority of the people will be there...there are some who are coming early and some later. Plus, I want a real meeting, not passing words between cars, when we should just be focusing on the washing. The meeting won't be a big deal, quick and simple...but I'd prefer we have a seperate one.
