I agree that those guys are stupid for trying to sue. If they signed a waiver its their own damn fault.

However, I'm a little put off by Borat. The anti-semitic jokes and a few others that I feel are in bad taste, regardless of whether they are meant to be satire or not, kind of put me off a bit. To each his own of course and I wouldn't discourage others from watching. But I don't really have any inclination to go see the film.

I know what you mean. After I saw it, I did have a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth, but I do recognize it is social commentary. Interesting fact is that Sasah Coen Baron is a jew :)

That's an interesting fact. I suppose you could say that its ok for him to make fun of jews because he is one but for some reason it still bothers me a bit. Even though I tell myself he doesn't mean it seriously. Maybe when it comes out on DVD I'll rent it, but I can't bring myself to pay $8.50 to go watch it in the theatre.

From my (limited) knowledge of the law, business law in particular, I think 20th Century Fox is definitely going to get that lawsuit thrown out.

And those guys will never get laid again =]
