Thursday night. Went with a couple colleagues to a Church to teach children of aborigine origin homework; history, math, English. Kids were aged 13-16. Most were from single parent families, mothers working at hostess bars and such. They were great kids however, and their thrilled response when me and the other American intern were introduced was

That tutoring/mentoring program sounds awesome. It's always good to see that there are motivated kids in the world.
