The house in which I was born, built in the 1700's, had the M-D line in its back yard. (It was a big back yard.) We lived pretty much at the PA/MD/DE boundary.
I'm a little surprised that so far crossing it is something everyone's done! Despite growing up in southwestern Pennsylvania and otherwise having lots of time in that rough area, I think I've only crossed it something like a dozen times. It's such a small little line, not at all like the Prime Meridian or Equator or such.
Huh! Where were you transiting to/from such that you didn't go east at all from there? I suppose you may've crossed it incidentally anyway, depending on what the various descent and ascent patterns around LHR are like, but I don't know a damn thing about them!
I couldnt remember where the Prime Meridian was so I said no. If it is bw the Midwest and Western Europe then yes, and I have been as far north in Europe as Wales. Otherwise, no.
I pay my taxes, so I know someone who's given material support to terrorists: specifically, me. (Which is true even if I *don't* define the US as a terrorist state itself.)
I wrote a novella, posted it on talk.bizarre back in the day, and some rag called Holy Temple of Mass Consumption News serialized it. I contacted them and they paid me in copies. So that technically counts.
