Dearest Yuletide Writer...
First of, I want to thank you so much for writing a story for me. The fandoms I chose are tiny and which ever one you end up writing in, I will be insanely happy.
Just in general:
- I absolutely adore hurt/comfort fics involving my favourite characters. I couldn't even explain why, I just do, and if you can work it in somehow I'm guaranteed to love every word of it.
- I'm not big on sappy romance, but for some reason I really like slash. I didn't request any pairings, but I know how muses can be and if you want to work it in I'm completely fine with it.
- Plot driven stories are absolute love!
And now prompt-specific:
Elenium/Tamuli
My request here was pretty specific, I know, and while I would adore reading a story like that, if you can't find a way to work it, no problem.
Berit is my favourite character in the series and since he's not really all that fleshed out in the books themselves I wonder a lot about, you know, back story, aftermaths, etc... And I always thought it kind of weird that he's still, after everything he saw, did, went through, so naive and innocent. And the scene in 'Domes of Fire' when the other characters talk about that innocence of his got me thinking: well, what would have to happen for him to lose that? How bad would it have to be? And how would he, and his friends, for that matter, deal with the fall-out?
So, yes, it is rather specific. But and kind of good h/c-fic would be appreciated and loved and treasured forever :)
Saber Rider and the Star Sherrifs
Oh my god is it hard to find fic for that one! Especially good fic that doesn't focus on Fireball/April or Jesse Blue.
My favourite character has always been Saber himself, followed closely by Colt. And since they have such different personalities I would love to see them going on a mission, just after they started working together. What made them trust/respect each other? How do they work with each other without the other two teammates to mediate? What kind of mission they go on is completely up to you. It doesn't even have to be a mission. Considering how hard it is to find fics in this fandom I'm perfectly happy with any kind of scenario focusing on those two.
Three Investigators - Drei Fragezeichen
I grew up with those boys. Literally. I listened to the first audio-play when I was four and I have been a steadfast fan ever since. I love them, dearly!
Now, throughout the years there have been many cases where it, at first, seemed as if they were dealing with something otherworldly but int he end it was always natural. So, what if this time it really is supernatural? If there really is a demon/monster/ghost/chupacabra wreaking havoc? How do they handle it? I'm a huge fan of supernatural stories (I'm a huge fan of the series 'Supernatural', for that matter...) so I leave the choice of monster/creature up to you. I will ove it, whichever it is :)
And, for completion's sake, my favourite character in this fandom is Bob.
As an aditional note, I'm German, so I won't mind if the stories for Saber Rider or Three Investigators are in German (since those fandoms seem to be bigger in Germany than anywhere else; at least the Three Investigators, not so sure about Saber Rider...). I'm not sure about the policy of Yuletide concering other languages, but for the records, I won't mind at all.
