The stars look so much different here, I can actually see them quite well. If it wasn't for that damn bird, I would have never came here to believe him, or her... I still can't figure it out. My first scurry into town was rather enjoyable. It seems that this town is used to quite smaller rats. Scared the shit out of more than one drunk by simply waving at him. I guess people here aren't as willing to believe hallucinations....oh well, the ones that talk make good morsels anyways. I just won't be able to get used to this clean smell. Even in the deepest parts of this small town, the Wyrm and the Weaver have only begun to show themselves. If only I could show the elders back in NY this kind of purity, this kind of place where the Wyld still has a chance, were the Weaver can be easily snipped free, then they would again realize what we were fighting for. However, there was a matter of small concern, the wolves have already moved in.... as well as a number of the other breeds. This could make work here more difficult than I thought. I was already followed by another one of those damn Corax, them and their kin are everywhere! And here I thought that this kind infestation was reserved for rats and maybe a spider or two. The bird followed me across town, and when I slipped into a drainpipe it was waiting at the other side! As far as I can tell, there aren't any other changing rats in this town. No surprise really, who would screw any of these mice! Soon enough my nestmates and I will make sure that the population here is brought to more respectable levels, and then the destruction begins!!!!! It's just too bad that I've been seen so soon. Now it'll just take one blabbermouth bird to give me over to those damn wolves and I'm done for..... Ol' One Eye back in Jersey told me what happens to rats when the wolves catch'em....... I'd just like to avoid that situation. So it looks like I'll be eating turkey tonight.... the tough part is catching them.
