I watched Bush's address last night with an excpectation of amusement and not much else. I was disappointed, however, at the snide, smug tone and posture of his speech. While I expected the bumbling, I didn't expect him to be so condecending. Like how he stopped every few lines in his speech to explain what he was saying. Like a college
