I used Charterhouse Academy, but that's an all boys' school. I think you can easily find a girls' school by just clicking the links randomly. But make sure to find one with lots of information or else (unless you're going for artistic licensing) things will be awkward if someone actually GOES there!!
Can't say about the threesome. The only threesome I pretty much read is Fred/Hermione/George and that's not often. Dunno if I would actually read it in a book with a plot, unless it's erotica or a romance novel, tbh. I think the plot would have to really reflect a NEED or DESIRE for a threesome to be structurally sound in the plot arc.
I'm not sure if it's the most popular, but Princess Diana attended Riddlesworth Hall in Norfolk. But my friend in England says that The Cheltenham Ladies' College is very popular.

Well - it depends. There are some, there is one for the kids of service-men/women and ex-service-men/women in Scotland that I really wanted to go to. Its in the NW of Scotland. Umm.... If I remember the name I'll get back to you - I think it is Gourdonstoun or something close to that.
