first of all cara, if you were in front of me right now i'd hit u like u hit me during lunch. UR NOT FAT!!!!!!!!!!! U DON'T NEED TO LOSE ANY WEIGHT!!!!!!!!!...YOU PLAY SPORTS AND U HAVE MUSCLE!!!! so stop worrying about ur weight, and u really do need to start eating lunch. cuz i don't know if u eat at home and u make me nervous. so from now on remember ur lunch or borrow money or something. i am no going to go update my journal because the last entry was from november.

Cara, that's a personal decision. If you feel that you want to lose weight, then go for it. But do it in a healthy manner- no starvation diets or anything. Just watch your portions, skip the chocolate, and hit the gym! You'll be feeling more confident in no time! Belive me, I'm trying to lose weight too and it's a struggle but whenever I overcome an obstacle it makes me feel really good about myself. It's all about your confidence. If you feel your weight is making you less confident then do something about it. Personally, I do not think you're fat at all, but like I said before, it's your decision. I'll go running with you if you need a running buddy or whatever and I'll be here to support you every step of the way (if you so choose to try to lose weight). cara, u r fine exactly the way you are..but i no what ur going thru...i used to have an eating disorder and i no what it is like to look around and see "skinny" girls..but u gotta rememeber, that might be healthy for them, but not for you. u r xtrmemely athletic, and mayb they arent..sometimes people have smaller bones, sometimes they have medium bones and sometimes they have larger bones. no 1 rly knows what type they are, but we all differ...just take it from me, and no im not making any of this up..i used to starve myself and it wasnt worth it...im still getting help now...u r perfect the way u r..and i no ur like blah blah i dont blieve u but blieve me, u have a great personality but i no its hard. and the media doesnt make it n e easier..but eat and dont do what i did. please dont.
